House Extension

On a recent job, we tackled roofing and cladding for a new extension, seamlessly integrating it with the existing roof. We installed a new guttering and stormwater system, completed the bathroom plumbing, and upgraded the sewage system. It was a comprehensive project ensuring everything worked perfectly together. 🚿🏠

Tank site cut

A recent tank pad cut with one of our machines. This site was in preperation for a 130 000L Rhino tank.

Stormwater system

Drainage works

This client required a robust storm water system to manage runoff from an 800m² shed near Kilmore. Our team at Mount William Plumbing and Excavation installed downpipes and drainage systems to direct water into 130,000L tanks. To ensure optimal functionality, we also installed flush-out valves and overflows, which were piped away to minimize soil erosion around the sheds. Additionally, we placed pits for stormwater management surrounding the shed area, providing a comprehensive solution that safeguards the property from water damage and soil erosion.

Water solutions

Solar pump Installation

At this clients Kilmore East farm, a reliable and sustainable solution was needed for transferring water between tanks for stock watering purposes. We installed a solar pump system that eliminated the need for the old petrol pump, which required manual operation and posed a fire risk. The new solar pump, combined with float valves and pressure switches, now operates automatically, ensuring efficient and safe water management. This upgrade not only enhances safety but also reduces running costs.

Hot water

Heat pump installation

At Mount William Plumbing and Excavation, we are experts in installing energy-efficient hot water systems. Recently, we installed a Sanden Heat Pump, a market leader in this field. These units are designed to significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint. To make this high-quality, eco-friendly solution even more accessible, there are three Government Rebate schemes available to help lower the cost of purchasing and installing a heat pump system. Get in touch with us to learn more about how you can benefit from these rebates and upgrade to a Sanden Heat Pump today.

Civil works

Culvert pipes and headwalls

For this project, the customer required concrete stormwater pipes installed beneath a hardstand area. Our skilled team at Mount William Plumbing and Excavation successfully integrated drivable endwalls into the design to safeguard the pipework. This not only ensured durability but also provided a neat and aesthetically pleasing finish. The result is a robust and efficient stormwater solution that stands the test of time.
